Stuart and Alison have a ten-year-old daughter Lucy, who witnesses a violent incident at her school.
They will do anything to see she gets a good education, so when they lie about their religious background to get their daughter in to a prestigious school, their web of deceit slowly begins to collapse around them turning in to a compound of violence, fraud and even murder.
